Yes, we recently converted a small Inmagic system to Koha. They did
not use circulation but the bibliographic data came out easily from
the menu (File > Export).
We chose the Inmagic format as it seemed a more predictable output
format for processing.
We had to stitch the continuation lines together and handle
repeatable fields for such as keywords.
