Does koha 3.00.05.003 report as Koha 3.00.04.019? Anyway, I don't<br>
have a copy of that version handy. I think the next two steps are:<br>

1. check koha-error_log for a fuller error message;<br>
<br>
2. check /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/admin/<a href="http://categorie.pl" target="_blank">categorie.pl</a> line 222<br>
to see what value it is trying to use for what which might be undefined.<br>
