Can you show the rest of the configuration in the opac section of your koha-httpd.conf?<br>I suspect you are looking at two different locations and thats why changes in one location are not seen as web server is serving pages from the other. <br>

Hello,<br>i was using my laptop in institute which had a proxy server,
made some changes to the <br>/home/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-<div>tmpl/prog/en/includes/masthead.inc
file <br>which was reflected on my OPAC page..<br> <br><br>
Came home, had to change the ip since koha was not working<br>[changed <br>1.<br> /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
<br><br>ServerName 127.0.1.1<br><br>2.<br>gedit
/etc/koha/koha-httpd.conf<br><br>## OPAC<br><VirtualHost <a href="http://127.0.1.1:8086/" target="_blank">127.0.1.1:8086</a>><br>
]..<br><br>When i opened opac[<a href="http://127.0.1.1:8086/" target="_blank">127.0.1.1:8086/</a>],<br>the opac page looked
normal(none of my changes existed)<br> <br> but the changes made to
this file, did not change<br>/home/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/prog/en/includes/masthead.inc<br>
<br><br>any ideas on Wat i should do to reflect the changes on the opac
