It is not working for us in 3.00.02 even with all appropriate
preferences turned on. In 3.0, it worked even if the Amazon AssocTag
and AccessKey were not there. Now it has a separate preference for
jackets, it does not work.

Have you tried turning on OPACAmazonEnabled AND OPACAmazonCoverImages
syspref?

Is it an update or a new installation? Do you use another language than
English? If so try to switch into English : if you get Amazon covers,
it means you have to recreate your language template from English
version.
