For mysql manipulation via GUI there are numerous workstation applications or DB tools like phpMyAdmin. <br><br>I assume you ask about adding it to items because you also intend to increment it during transactions. Otherwise, there wouldn't be much point to putting the data in the new system since it would be frozen in state (and no different than just having the final report from your old system). <br>
