All those error messages are missing Perl CPAN modules. For each one of them try the command 'cpan Package::Subpackage', or if that doesn't work, try perl -MCPAN -e 'install "Package::SubPackage"'. For the GD package, you'll probably need to make sure the GD development libraries have been installed beforehand.<br>
