The problem is that Koha is looking for PDF/API2/PDF/Utils.pm not PDF/API2/<b>Basic</b>/PDF/Utils.pm. I do not know whether this represents a substantive difference in versions, or just a new convention for the module. You could look for usage statements to the former and try replacing them with calls to the latter. Or you could try upgrading to a newer version of Koha where barcodes have already been reworked (and still are).<br>
