after installing the apache server when i start the apache server in the console mode then it such the follwing error

 

Only one usage of each socket address(protocol/network address/port)is nornmally permited.:make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80

no listening sockets available
what does this error means whct can i do to remove this address in the apache server i just disconnected my computer with the internet and all other network stuff.
