Apologies if this is a stupid question and I’ve missed something really obvious in the instructions.

Typing ‘opac’ or ‘intranet’ into my browser (I’ve tried both Mozilla and IE) gets me a public catalogue page, but no way of inputting data to actually create a catalogue. How do I do that?
