Koha will work only if you install it at C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\bin

Measn your apache.exe must be at the above path. so use an appropriate version of apache (apache_2.0.59-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi) is best for this purpose

I installed the Windows version of Koha 2.2.7 following the exact steps in http://www.koha.rwjr.com/ . During the install, couple of messages showed up which concerned with Apache and the fact that Koha install cannot find either the Apache.exe or the httpd.conf file. I let the install find those files and finished the installation.

After everything was complete, I inputted http://localhost in my browser and the only thing that came up is the text "It Works!" No Koha interface. Also, the only place I found the Apache.exe file was at C:\Program Files\IBM\Director\websrv\bin.

I'm using Windows XP SP2.
 

Any clues on why this is happening? Thanks in advance.
