Can Koha be set up in this way that allows each branch's staff owns their own account? for example, Branch A's circ. crew can have an circ account named ACIRC which is assigned with the access only to CIRC module/function of KOHA and patron of Branch A, whereas the catalogue staff of Branch B can see only Catalogue function instead of the system setting functions unwanted by a cataloguer.
