Hi, this is my first time to installing koha on linux platform, so I'm a newbie.

I'm using ubuntu linux ver. 2.12.1.

I already finish my "apt-get" installation followed by the additional perl modules using MCPAN install.

And when I try to install koha I see this message :

I got a problem with mysql....

At first I thought, maybe it is because I haven't set the password for mysql (I put blank when the installation ask me to enter mysql root password), so I go back to the terminal and type mysqladmin password, and then I got this message :

please help me, what should I do? I'm not familiar with sql database.
