My husband says that if it isn't necessary to go the cheap route you can use VMWare to run a Linux partition on the Windows stuff. Here's their site.

But remember that most of Koha is webbased, so it oughtn't matter that it's running of a Linux box. The printer might cause problems, but I'm not planning on using that in order to save paper here. :)
