<BR>If not (like here in france. The best ISP guarantee 1kB ;-) minimum), then you must choose wether to take the risk or not ;-)

<BR>My ISP (nerim, small only-DSL ISP), does not guarantee anything, but everybody is satisfied with it. In 6 months of DSL, i've only have had half a day with problems.
