[Koha] Request for support: Patron autocomplete hangs in Circulation

Common cause of these problems is having some 0000-00-00 in date fields 
of the borrowers table.  You should start by looking at that these 
(there are 5-6 date columns borrowers I think).

It usually is a data problem, and it pops now because Koha becomes more 
strict/sensitive to those at each version.

But as Jonathan said, start by looking at the browser console, then you 
server logs.  That'll give you a cue.
