[Koha] mailing list has moved (no change for you)

Hello all,

If this email reaches the 1020 list subscribers, it means that we (Simon 
Blake and I) have finished moving the list to a new server.

Instead of being hosted by a dedicated server, it's now on 
mailinglists.net. History has been migrated as well.

Nothing has changed for you, it's just a technical move.
