Thanks for bringing that up. The good news is there is nothing bad
going on, the dns for oldbugs.koha-community.org was pointing at the
old linode that ran bugzilla for about 13 years before we shifted it
earlier this year.
Now that linode has been turned off, that ip has been provisioned for
another customer.
I've deleted the dns entry for oldbugs so it will no longer resolve.
