[Koha] Koha on Ubuntu packages obsolete?

Thanks Marty!

I've updated the pages to link to the correct page, and renamed and moved
the page.

The current installation instructions cover installing Koha on both Debian
and Ubuntu using packages (previously they were separate pages).

Hopefully, that can help minimise any confusion!
