[Koha] Overdue notices and email

Hi there, Paul. I'm curious -- what display name is shown without any
additional configuration on your part? Is it the display name from the
Gmail instance, or is it the library name configured in Koha? I don't have
any recent messages from our system, which is older than the built-in
capability you have probably set up. Ours is using a separately-configured
Exim4 server and is, I think, sending without a display name.
