[Koha] opac-browse.pl not working with ElasticSearch

Good day everyone

We have a problem with files uploaded using the Upload tool.

We have a development/test (dev) server and a live server for our Koha.
On the dev server we can upload a file with the Upload tool.  We can then
access it 1) under Uploads through the "Copy link to this file" option
under the Public column, 2) when you right-click on this link and select
open in new tab it also works, 3) when you link it to a bibliographic
record.

We then copied this config to the live server.  On the live server we are
however unable to access files after uploading them with the Upload tool.

Interesting thing to note:  When you select the "Copy link to this file"
on the Uploads screen it shows the correct link.  Eg.
"https://[ourlibrary]/cgi-bin/koha/opac-retrieve-file.pl?id=8924dff0eaae8c
edf59a8ddabcec7f06".  But when you click copy it only copies the back-end:
"/cgi-bin/koha/opac-retrieve-file.pl?id=8924dff0eaae8cedf59a8ddabcec7f06".
When you paste this link into the browser it naturally does not work.
When you add the appropriate front section, eg. "https://[ourlibrary]", it
however still does not work.  So the link copies in a broken format but it
does not work even when you fix.

I have checked the dev and live server:
Both copy the files to the same location on the server.  So the files are
in the correct place.
Both have the correct upload folder in the Koha config.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
