[Koha] Staging background job at null.0 progress

Dear all,

We seem to have a recent problem with staging our import records where thee progress is stuck at 0. The progress status is null/0. We have been able to import until recently when we had a problem with Koha and needed to restore from backup. Why could be the reason for our staging background job to be stuck at 0. We are on Koha version 23.11.10.000
