[Koha] Koha February release with security fixes

Hi all,

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of February versions:
24.11.02
24.05.07
23.11.12
22.11.24

It is a bugfix/maintenance release including security fixes.

It is highly recommended to upgrade.

Debian packages are available. Tarballs will follow soon.

For the March release, we will aim for the 24th again (due to the 22nd falling on a Saturday again, as in February and thanks to February’s 28 day length).
