[Koha] [koha-US Mailing List] Printing spine labels in non-Roman characters, Thai in particular

Hi Fred,

Are the Thai letters showing up in the item and bibliographic records or in
reports? In other words, is the spine labels the only place they are having
the issue?  That would narrow down where the problem is occurring.  Also,
is it the pdf that is displaying incorrectly or the printer that isn't
printing them correctly?
