[Koha] Koha November release with security fixes

Hi all,

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of November versions:
25.05.06 (v25.05.06-1)
24.11.11 (v24.11.11-1)
24.05.16 (v24.05.16-1)
22.11.33 (v22.11.33-1)

It is a bugfix/maintenance release including some security fixes.

It is highly recommended to upgrade.

Debian packages are available. Tarballs will follow soon.

Note: Due to the security fixes we moved the maintenance releases closer to the upcoming release
of Koha version 25.11.
