[Koha] Koha August release with security fixes

Hi all,

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of August versions:
25.05.03 (v25.05.03-1)
24.11.08 (v24.11.08-1)
24.05.13 (v24.05.13-1)
22.11.30 (v22.11.30-1)

It is a bugfix/maintenance release including some security fixes.

It is highly recommended to upgrade.

Debian packages are available. Tarballs will follow soon.

Notes: 
Due to the 22nd falling on a Friday this month, we opted to move the release to the 26th.
We are aware of some bugs regarding database updates on 25.05 releases.
As soon as these have adequate patches that pass QA, we will aim to release v25.05.03-2 including them.
In the meantime you can monitor Bugs 40528 and 40292. There’s also a manual fix to resolve 40528.
