[Koha] TR: Fix confusion between 099 and 942 field in UNIMARC framework

Hi
After talking with Biblibre, we suggest using field 099 in UNIMARC for all pieces of information specific to Koha (some are already in field 099, the others are currently in field 942). This is what most French libraries are already doing. Are there any comments or objections from other users of the UNIMARC format?

Some weeks ago I submitted a patch in order to fix the management of Koha-specific fields in UNIMARC.

If you're familiar with the way Koha manage UNIMARC and think you can make a constructive comment, don't hesitate.

Even if don't know UNIMARC you should be able to test easily the patch and sign if off by following the test plan.
