[Koha] Can´t install translations

Hi

I´m installing a completely new koha 24.05.04.000 on ubuntu 24.04 and am
unable to install translations.

I tried es-ES and fr-FR and get the same error:

acornejo at Celacp-VPS3:~#  sudo koha-translate --install es-ES
Can't exec "yarn": No such file or directory at
/usr/share/koha/misc/translator/LangInstaller.pm line 460.
read_file '/tmp/es-ES-messages.po' - open: No such file or directory at
/usr/share/koha/misc/translator/LangInstaller.pm line 461.

Note that in es-ES I get about a dozen errors like:
tmpl_process3.pl: Warning: unconsistent %s count: (4/5):
  line:   13317
  msgid:  "%s Restriction added by overdues process %s %s %s "
  msgstr: "%s Restricci n agregada por los procesos de retraso %s %s %s %s "

But I know how to fix them locally

Any ideas?

Opac nor Intra shows the links for changing language
