[Koha] Older Koha manuals

Hello,

Please be advised that starting this cycle, the manuals for unsupported
Koha versions are no longer online.

Note: the oldest supported Koha version is currently 22.11 Rosalie.

The official Koha documentation page at
https://koha-community.org/documentation has been updated to reflect this.

**Don't panic! Documentation is still available**
If you are still using an unsupported Koha version, you can still access
the Koha manual using the "Help" link in the top right of your staff
interface. Despite the URL containing your Koha version number, you will
actually land on the "one manual" - the latest and only version of the
manual from Koha 23.11 onwards. The latest manual is likely to hold the
information you need.

Older manual versions may also be viewed using Internet Archives, though
they are unlikely to be complete.

**Download what you need by September**
If you want to keep a copy of an older Koha manual, you can download the
tarballs from the following repository:
https://link.infini.fr/koha-manual-archives

You need to do this by 25th September 2024. After this date, the files will
be removed from this archive as well.
