[Koha] How to use the new feature (lock records)

Hi David,
I've been working a bit on those enhancements bugs, here they are :

to set the record source from staff interface (helps to test the 
feature)
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=36975 -> 
Change the record_source for a batch of records through 
BatchModificationTemplates
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=36884 -> Use 
the record_source as a search criteria (may help to find all records 
from a given source)
Most of them don't have tests yet, I'm going to improve them.
