[Koha] [EXTERNAL] Enquiry

Hi,
I think you mean the "Clean" button in the list of import batches?
When you clean an import it will leave the batch, but remove the
information about your imported records from the database. Once a batch
has been cleaned, you can no longer undo an import, so you should only
do so when this action is no longer required.
Cleaning imports can help to keep your database a bit smaller, as
storing a lot of MARC records in the import tables can take up space.
Hope this helps,
Katrin
