[Koha] Koha August security release

The Koha community is proud to announce the following releases:
 
- 24.05.03
- 23.11.08
- 23.05.14
- 22.11.20
 
These are bugfix/maintenance releases including some important security
fixes.
 
It is highly recommended to upgrade.
