[Koha] Older Koha manuals

Hi all,

I also have trouble with the download. I get to the page, but have an
error when trying to download.

But I am also in support of removing the manuals of versions that are no
longer maintained. Those versions do not get any security fixes and an
update is strongly recommended. The removal of the manuals supports that.

Noone needs to update to the latest or just released version, just
staying on a supported version is enough. And if the LTS is used, there
is plenty of time to plan for an update every few years. See also:

Hope this helps,

Katrin
