[Koha] Connecting OCLC Tipasa to Koha (using NCIP)

Hi Koha community,

We were wondering, has anyone in the community looked at connecting 
OCLC's Tipasa to Koha using NCIP?

The purpose of this would be so libraries do not have to manage 
Inter-Library Loans (ILL) in two different places: Tipasa and Koha.

A few years ago, we got an NCIP server running alongside Koha. However, 
OCLC noted they needed to undertake development work before NCIP 
integration with Koha would work. OCLC has already implemented NCIP 
integration with Alma, Horizon, Millennium, Sierra and Symphony:

We would be interested to hear if anyone else has looked at, or talked 
with OCLC, about doing this integration?
