[Koha] null values

Hello,

I am able to solve the problem (thanks to Kaitrin) but i am not able to prevent it, how can i prevent "holding branch" getting null values at item table, i think this is happing to every new items created in the koha database.
I am not a librarian myself, does this have to do how our librarian coleagues are creating the items, am i missing any configuration set up parameter?
