[Koha] Help! This title cannot be requested

Hi,

not being super familiar with circulation rules, but have you checked the current item status? Is it available for loans (item subfield 7 0 or empty), or has it temporarily or permanently another status? 

Has it any restriction in item subfield 5 or is it marked as lost (subf. 1) or withdrawn (subf. 0) anything else?
