[Koha] Uninstall Plugin showing as error whilst loading

Afternoon all,

I have a plugin that I want to uninstall, GOBI from Theke, on the Admin >
Plugins page it shows up as "Error found whilst attempting to load plugin"
and no Actions button for the nice easy uninstall. All mentions of it on
the server side seem to only be in the cache so I must have botched an
uninstall at some point. How do I remove it cleanly from the plugins page?
