[Koha] Stop Acquisition & Suggestion Module Notices

Dear All. 

I wish to stop the Acquisition and Suggestion Module notices from being sent to patrons. 
I can't find any system preferences to do so. 
The suggestions are entered by staff members and are Set to Patron, so that the patrons can view the status of their suggestions through OPAC 
I do not wish to send them emails unless they wish for it.
