[Koha] Setting folders for access_dir

Hi Aida,

first of all: it's an optional feature and you won't have any issues in
using Koha if the path is not set. The only thing that won't work is
accessing files from Tools > Access files.

The tool can be used to make it possible to access data created on the
server. Some of the scripts that can be run server side have the option
to create files. So you'd create a space on your server to store these
files and then point the access_dir path to it.

I am not sure where the best place for it is as I am not a sysadmin, but
maybe others could chime in with the paths they use?
