[Koha] Fines are not generating in Koha

Hello
I am also facing the same issue in the same version and seems everything is
configured correctly, even though there is no holiday configured except
Sunday. There are a lot of overdue books but neither shows total
accumulated fines nor after the return of books.

Please suggest
