[Koha] Update database from Koha 22.06.00.078 to 22.11.02.000 failed

I upgraded my Debian system from 9 to 11.

When I tried to log in to koha admin I was welcomed by the web installer.
Trying to run the web installer I got the following error:

I have no idea what they mean and how to fix them.
