[Koha] Clearing of users

I’m not sure what “cleared” means in your context, but to stop users from borrowing then change their expiry date to before the current date, add a restriction to their record or maybe change their category to a group that cannot borrow?

Hi Ketan,
Not really. I am looking for a situation whereby once a user have been
cleared in the Koha, the person who has been cleared cannot borrow books
from the system. When such a person attempts to borrow a book, the system
will deny him/her.
