[Koha] Error 500 with dpkg returned an error code (1)

Hello all,

I keep coming up against error 500 when trying to add a record (no matter which framework I try to use or whether it's via a Z39.50 server or manual entry) as well as when going to the About Koha page in the staff interface. When I opened the terminal, there were 2 updates to be applied so I ran the update but it does not work. Here is the entire output:
