[Koha] Patron_Self_Registration__Error [Koha 22.05.04.000 ]

Hi Everybody,

Is there any idea to fix the Koha Patron Self Registration Issue?
I am using Koha version 22.05.04.000, when I tried to submit a patron
self registration form I got the below mentioned error.
*"You **have not filled out all required fields. Please fill in all
missing fields **and resubmit."*
*Any help with this issue would be appreciated!!!*
