No, Koha (note the capitalization) doesn't have any official
forum-style discussion site. The Koha mailing list is the best way to
reach others using Koha. You can also try the Koha IRC channel:
https://koha-community.org/get-involved/irc. You will usually find
developers there rather than librarians, but questions are welcome
there.
