[Koha] Link field authority

Hi Victor,

maybe for a test you could try if it works:

* if you manually link them in the cataloguing editor

* if you link your new custom authority type to 650 instead

* if you link 697 to a standard authority type

I wonder if indexing could be the issue here, but it could also be that
a mapping is missing.
