[Koha] How to upgrade?

I am trying to upgrade my koha version from 20.11.11.000 to the latest
updated version with this commands :

$ sudo apt-get update

$ sudo apt-get upgrade$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get upgrade

But after I ran those commands, I saw no changes. It is still version
20.11.11.000.
What am I doing wrong?

My koha was installed  with instructions in
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_Debian
