[Koha] Patron search not working after upgrade to version 22

Thanks for those ideas Evan. I did already find those not up to date before
posting, yet still deal with the problem.

I did find that we are able to search for patrons using the card number
instead of the last name. I thought I was going to be fine just rolling
back to my old server version and database since I am at a school during
the summer, but then noticed in the logs that my staff have been checking
things out using ID so I am unable to just go back to that old version as
easily as I thought.

Maybe someone will have an idea of why I can search by card number, but not
last name.

Thank you,
