[Koha] Please help to set up 21.11 and 22.05 translation function

Hi Frank,

I can see the 21.11 and 22.05 projects for Chinese (China) and Chinese
(Taiwan) on translate.koha-community.org. Do you still have problems or
has this been resolved?
