[Koha] Item display status text

Hi Atron,

which version of Koha are you using?

I also checked translations for some versions, but couldn't see anything
that would explain the extra ().

Could you check if they are maybe added in the authorised value? Go to:
administration > authorised values > NOT_LOAN and check the descriptions
entered there.
