[Koha] Koha 21.11.10 version, New Patrons email notice sending problem.

Hi,

if you go to the patron account and check the notices tab, do you see
the notice there as well? What is the status of the notice?

Maybe the job for processing and sending out the emails from the message
queue is not running on your system.
